amidst our valuable &lt;a href="http://www.debbieferrari.com/SanClemente.htm"&gt;San Clemente real estate&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;And while humans getting bitten by snakes is pretty bad, it may cost you up to $7,500 just to save your dog's life if it's bitten by a rattler. That's what it cost Sandrea and Barry Silverman when their dog was bitten in their front yard at Forster Ranch.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;What with the vet bills and costs for vials of anti-venom at $800 a pop, plus an overnight in a dog emergency hospital and a blood transfusion...Yikes!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So be very careful. While C.A.R. appreciates the goal of energy conservation, C.A.R. strongly opposes point-of-sale requirements because they are ineffective and because such mandates will weaken the housing market. If enacted as introduced AB 2678 could have added even tens of thousands of dollars to the cost of purchasing a home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After thousands of REALTORS® called their legislators in opposition to the bill and thousands more lobbied against the bill in person last week at Legislative Day, the bill’s author amended AB 2678 to remove the point-of-sale requirement. We often take the train to San Diego, and there, just get on the trolley that takes you all around San Diego. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I think we should get a similar trolley service for South Orange County cities, and thank God, that is being evaluated right now by San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Seniors enjoy riding the buses and OCTA's Vanpool program and carpool matching arrangements can save lots of money with gas prices for regular over $4 now as of May 27th, and diesel (egad, we HAVE a Mercedes 300 SDL diesel) costing more than $5 per gallon!!!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Check out Bill's &lt;a href="http://twitter.com/kellyo1"&gt;Twitter&lt;/a&gt;
